Who we are

What we collect

• Debt Snapshot form: your name, email, phone (optional), state, income and savings estimates, and the balances, rates and payments of debts you choose to list.
• Money Check-Up (bank connection): with your permission, our partner Plaid Inc. provides read-only information such as recurring charges, account balances, and loan and mortgage details (for example interest rate and escrow balance). We do not receive or store your bank username or password, and no one can move money through this connection.
• Requests and permissions: quote requests you send, and your written permission (with date and time) if you ask us to help cancel subscriptions.

Please never send us your Social Security number, full account numbers or card numbers through this site or by email.

How we use it

Only to prepare your Debt Freedom plan and savings review, to contact you about it, and to send you the progress updates you request. We do not sell or rent your information. We do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Only Keyon Edwards, through a private admin desk protected by two-factor sign-in. Service providers that help us run this site (Plaid for bank connections, Cloudflare for secure hosting, our email provider, and monday.com for case management of Debt Snapshot details) process data on our behalf under their own security commitments. Bank data from Plaid is not sent to monday.com.

How we protect it

• All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Bank connection tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256.
• We store a computed summary of recurring charges and loans — not your full transaction history.
• Every access and change is recorded in an audit log.

Your choices

• Disconnect your bank at any time from your dashboard; access stops immediately.
• Ask us to delete your information by emailing keyonedwards@keylockfinancial.com. We delete it within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it.
